Goals & Objectives To promote and develop the use of radio communications as a means of assistance particularly in times of calamities and other emergencies, for the achievement of the following goals and objectives: To instill among its members a high value of responsibility, sense of dedication and deep concern for the welfare of fellowmen; To help develop civilian-military rapport as an opportunity for better understanding and cooperation in community development. To foster and strengthen camaraderie, friendship and unity among its members in particular and the public in general; To assist the Armed Forces of the Philippines, law enforcement agencies and instrumentalities of government in the preservation of peace and order. To imbue the spirit of discipline among its members, particularly in the observance of and compliance with the laws and regulations of the land; and To coordinate and cooperate with government and non-governmental organizations in the planning and implementation of community development projects.
